The specialty "Akakara Nabe" features a secret soup made from a blend of original miso and red chili peppers, and is filled with plenty of offal, meatballs, and vegetables.You can choose from 11 levels of spiciness (0 to 10), and the addictive richness and spiciness make it popular.If you choose your final dish, you can enjoy the Akakara soup down to the last drop!

Along with "Akakara Nabe," another must-try menu item at our restaurant is "Grilled Chicken Neck Gizzard"! Neck gizzards are the peeled meat from a chicken's neck, and are a rare cut that can only be obtained in about 100g from one chicken.The meat is coated with a secret recipe sauce before being grilled.This meat comes from the neck muscles, which are where the chicken moves a lot, so you can enjoy a firm, chewy, and elastic texture.

It's not just hot pot! We also have grilled dishes and a la carte dishes that go well with alcohol.
